Over my many years of treating people I’ve learned that everyone develops certain ways of functioning in their lives. Many unhealthy behaviors have become engraved habits that you may want to change but are confused on why you  don’t? I have helped people move past their addictions, depression, anxiety, change of life adjustments, grief and loss. Many people want to believe that any childhood trauma or abuse is in the past and doesn’t affect their adult lives. Let me offer you insights into yourself that you’ve never understood. Discover clarity about your personality and behavior patterns. Find feelings of empowerment, emotional maturity and growth that can last as long as you live.

Eating Disorders

Eating Disorders are characterized by disturbances in eating behaviors. Anorexia Nervosa is characterized by fear of maintaining a minimally normal body weight, restriction of food intake, obsessional thinking about your body and weight. Bulimia Nervosa is characterized by episodes of binge eating followed by compensatory behaviors such as self-induced vomiting; misuse of laxative, diuretics, or other medication/drug use; fasting; or excessive exercise. A distortion in perception of body shape and weight are also present. Binge Eating or Compulsive Overeating are characterized by recurrent episodes of eating large amounts of food, hiding the amounts of food eaten, feelings of guilt after eating. There is hope, you don’t have to fight it alone.


Someone may be experiencing low energy, loss of interest in things like hobbies that used to be enjoyable. Some people have physical pains with no explanations. Emotionally sensitive, cry or anger’s easily. Many people may have some degree of depression and not be aware it is affecting their lives. But depression is treatable, I may be able to help.

Anxiety Disorders

Do you suffer from Panic Attacks, Social Phobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder? May-be you’re not even sure what these are. But all of these can cause disruption in someone’s life and make it hard to function in the world. There are proven techniques that help people live more effective lives while treating their anxiety disorders.


No one wants to see themselves as having an addiction problem. But if alcohol, drugs (illegal or legal ones), gambling or compulsive shopping are affecting your life, relationships, career etc., it’s time to take an honest look at what is driving the use of these behaviors. You can experience happiness, joy and freedom without any of the above substances.
